Is car insurance cheaper in Delaware the PA?

I am going to be moving from Pennsylvania to Delaware in the upcoming months. I will need to change my auto insurance and was wondering for anyone else that has made this move, is it cheaper to insure in Delaware(Wilmington) then in Pennsylvania(suburbs)?
Also, I got an online qoute from my current insurance company which I currently pay $157/month. Online it told me my premium would be $762/month or $4572 every 6 months so this is obviously not an accurate amount.
De is cheaper. my friend moved there. but do make sure you are moving to a good area because if an area has high crime, then the insurance will be more. do some research too. good luck.

ok i was living in delaware. my car is registered there. i have a delaware drivers license. now i was staying with my girlfriend in her place and we recently just got a place in pa last month. however, all my mail still goes to my old delaware address. now, i have nationwide and i changed my address. thinking it wouldnt go up by that way. it went up from 1300 every 6 months to 4500 every 6 months. they changed my agent(it was based in elkton, md- 5 min from delaware). my agent is trying to get the policy back to elkton, maryland. however, i cannot afford this insurance. would i be able to change it back to delaware and just say that i decided not to move?
Geez...that's ridiculous! I would surely be calling them and also getting quotes through other insurance carriers.
If you do not want to change carriers, just call your insurance and tell them that your relationship in PA ended, and you moved back to Delaware. Also, if your still paying a car payment, the insurance company can find out where you live through the address your car loan has (My insurance busted me this way before). So, techincally you would want both addresses to match with whatever you decide to do (if by chance you do have a car payment).
